Buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the payment with respect to the Classes is subject to a
cancellation fee, in the event that Buyer decides to cancel Buyer’s participation in the Classes, as follows:
(1) cancellation requests received by the Seller thirty (30) days or more prior to first Class date with
respect to the applicable course in which Buyer enrolled will be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%)
cancellation fee; (2) cancellation requests received by the Seller fifteen (15) days or more prior to first
Class date with respect to the applicable course in which Buyer enrolled will be subject to a fifty percent
(50%) cancellation fee; and (3) cancellation requests received by the Seller five (5) days or more prior to
first Class date with respect to the applicable course in which Buyer enrolled will be subject to a
seventy-five (75%) percent cancellation fee. Seller will refund the remaining payment amount, minus the
applicable cancellation fee, within five (5) business days of Seller’s receipt of the written cancellation
notice from the Buyer.
